About Me

Hi! I'm Jane of JA Pilates and I'm obsessed with helping busy women in Hampton, Hampton Hill & Sunbury-on-Thames feel better every day.

I know it's really hard to make time for yourself when you're balancing work, running a home and family, having a social life...

But just one hour of exercise every week can help you:

- Dump the Voltarol and ibuprofen; and
- Feel like you gave your brain a holiday from everyone else's noise.
- Feel stronger and more flexy.

This is your space

At  JA Pilates, I provide a space for  women to explore what their body is capable of, without judgement.

These are group classes that women keep coming to. 

Why? Because they love the sense of community, the fun and the sense that they get to do things they never thought they could. 

Whether you enjoy "mind-body" classes or something more energetic, we can help. 

Try from the comfort of your own home via Zoom, with a live instructor to give you feedback and encouragement.
