Hi! I'm Jane of JA Pilates, and I help busy women in Hampton, Hampton Hill & Sunbury-on-Thames feel stronger in their bodies—without taking exercise too seriously.
I started doing Pilates nearly 20 years ago ago, and it changed everything - fewer aches, better movement, and a real understanding of what my body needed to feel good.
Now, I teach in a way that brings those same benefits to you—with just the right balance of expert guidance & lighthearted fun.
My classes are welcoming, flexible, and designed for real women who know they should exercise but don’t always want to.
