About me

Hi! I'm Jane of JA Pilates, and I help busy women in Hampton, Hampton Hill & Sunbury-on-Thames feel stronger in their bodies—without taking exercise too seriously.


I started doing Pilates nearly 20 years ago ago, and it changed everything - fewer aches, better movement, and a real understanding of what my body needed to feel good. 


Now, I teach in a way that brings those same benefits to you—with just the right balance of expert guidance & lighthearted fun.


My classes are welcoming, flexible, and designed for real women who know they should exercise but don’t always want to. 


You’ll feel less stiff and achy and be able to go back to doing all the things you love doing.


And you'll get stronger, move more confortably, and—grudgingly—admit you actually enjoy it.


But the best part? It’s not just the classes—it’s the people. The women who turn up, laugh through the burn, and support each other along the way. If that sounds like your kind of place, I’d love to see you in class soon!
