Mondays 6.30pm Pilates Molesey with Ania - brand new class starting January 2026.
Mondays 7pm Pilates Sunbury
with Kam - a super friendly small class for those who are newer to Pilates or looking to improve.
Tuesdays 6.30pm Pilates Hampton Hill
with Jane - perfect if you're looking for a small class and are brand new to Pilates or coming back after an absence.
Tuesdays 7.30pm Pilates Hampton Hill
with Jane - our intermediate class for those with lots of experience of Pilates.
Wednesdays 9.15am LiFT & FLeX Small Group Weights
with Jane - want to start lifting weights but nervous about hurting yourself? Learn how to do it safely in the friendliest women-only group in the area.
Wednesdays 6.30pm Pilates Hampton
with Jane - the class for you if you've been doing Pilates for a while and are a confident mover.
Thursdays 7.30pm Pilates Hampton
with Petra - a lovely small class that suits those with limited or no experience of Pilates
Fridays 9.15am Pilates Hampton
with Jane - our daytime class for those with some experience of Pilates looking to make improvements.
