Anna U:  Coming to these classes has been amazing, Jane put me at ease straight away and everyone in the class is lovely. I enjoy the humour she brings to the group and always look forward to a Tuesday evening after a long day of working at home alone. My worries about not being able to do many of the exercises have been completely squashed as there are always a range of alternative suggestions if a particular exercise doesn’t work for me.

Apart from meeting like minded people, putting the world to rights over coffee and having a laugh, I definitely notice a difference in my abilities. I grunt less and laugh more! I think you should rename the class Belly laughs and Biceps!

Trish : This is exactly what I was looking for, I was incredibly anxious the first couple of times I thought everyone would be super fit and know all the routines, but I met a group of ladies all similar age to me and it has been just lovely getting to know all of them and sharing common issues that we all have plus lots of laughs.
I like that we all get things wrong sometimes and that Jane has so much patience with us explaining frequently the correct way to lift the weights, I also like that she explains why we're doing what we're doing and how it'll help us.
