Kate P:  The classes are always fun and we do different things each week. The people in the class are all like minded and supportive and we can have a laugh. You can have an easier or harder option for the exercises so it suits everyone. Being able to do as much or little as you want also helps as you never feel pressured. I enjoy the relaxation and deep breathing exercises too.

Tanja N: I feel physically stronger and more flexible than I ever have! I am now prioritising my health and the classes help me to manage my health issues ie frozen pelvis due to endometriosis and osteopenia in my lower spine.

At Pilates we use different small equipment so there’s lots of variety to keep the mind focused. It’s a good mental workout as well as physical.

Jane always begins the class asking us if there's something she needs to know about to adapt exercises as necessary.

Jane also goes round to make sure we are doing it correctly and she guides you if you're not or finding it tricky.
