Wondering which Fitness Class is best for you?
Frequently asked questions about our Fitness classes.
I thought that online classes were just for the pandemic?
Nope, our small but mighty groups are still going strong!
Will I need a load of equipment to do the online classes?
You will need to have something you can stream the class on, that allows me to see you. Something like a tablet or laptop (or a phone plus screencast to the TV).
For Step, you will need a step plus some small weights of around 1.25kg - 2.5kg
For Strength & Stretch, you'll need some weights, you can start smaller and then build up. You'll also want a mat and a resistance band or strap (or the belt off your dressing gown). We also use hard balls and foam rollers on occasion.
For PiYo, you'll just need a mat.

What equipment do I need for LiFT & FLeX?
None, everything is provided in the studio.
Do I have to have my camera on for the classes?
I set the Zoom classes up so that everyone can see me. I ask you to keep your camera on so that I can make sure you're working out safely.
