I've got you!

Want to work out from the comfort of your own home or prefer in-person? I've got both for you.

You can join me every week in the Virtual Studio on Zoom for online fitness classes - we've got classes 3 mornings a week which you can book here; or in-person 1 morning a week.

What's different about working out with me? Look, I'm a Pilates teacher and I see everything! So I'll be watching for correct technique as well as encouraging you to improve.

Wondering which Fitness Class is best for you?

Mondays 7.45am Step on Zoom with Jane. A fast, aerobic-based workout using a step that will get you fitter, fast AND build strong legs and butt. Not got a step? No worries, you can still do this on the floor and get a great workout!

Wednesdays 9.15am LiFT & FLeX Small Group Weights in Hampton with Jane - want to start lifting weights but nervous about hurting yourself? Learn how to do it safely in the friendliest women-only group in the area. 30 minutes of weights-based intervals plus 30 minutes of mobility and balance. This class is currently full but you can join the Priority Wait List to be first to hear when spaces open up.

Fridays 7.30am Strength & Stretch on Zoom with Jane - 30 minutes of interval-based weight training, followed by 30 minutes of mobility and stretching. You'll need some weights and a mat for this class. 

Saturdays 9am Step on Zoom with Jane.  A fast, aerobic-based workout using a step that will get you fitter, fast AND build strong legs and butt. Not got a step? No worries, you can still do this on the floor and get a great workout!

Saturdays 10am PiYo on Zoom with Jane. We'll use Pilates and yoga movements for a an athletic workout that will improve fitness while getting you stronger and more flexible. All you need for this class is a mat.

Frequently asked questions about our Fitness classes.

I thought that online classes were just for the pandemic?

Nope, our small but mighty groups are still going strong!


Will I need a load of equipment to do the online classes?

You will need to have something you can stream the class on, that allows me to see you. Something like a tablet or laptop (or a phone plus screencast to the TV).


For Step, you will need a step plus some small weights of around 1.25kg - 2.5kg


For Strength & Stretch, you'll need some weights, you can start smaller and then build up. You'll also want a mat and a resistance band or strap (or the belt off your dressing gown). We also use hard balls and foam rollers on occasion.


For PiYo, you'll just need a mat.

What equipment do I need for LiFT & FLeX?

None, everything is provided in the studio.


Do I have to have my camera on for the classes?

I set the Zoom classes up so that everyone can see me. I ask you to keep your camera on so that I can make sure you're working out safely.
